Extended Stay America Suites- San Jose - Milpitas - McCarthy Ranch

I would say customer service out shined my experience here. There was a young lady, crystal working the night of my stay with my best friend is a gem. She was very accommodating, very nice and understanding. I’m hoping her boss sees this knows what an incredibly wonderful employee he has. Thank you crystal for your hospitality and service.

I like the way they render service. they go above and beyond. clean environment. I will recommend staying here. The ladies at the fro t desk always have a smile on their faces and it m made me feel right at home . The hotel m itself is very peaceful and respectfully quiet and It was ajoy staying here . Please . Recommend to friends.. With this hotel having all the luxury of home itnis perfect for long term stays and is very family oriented. My big thank you to the hotel staff. I come here very often. The front desk team are always very helpful and friendly. I have not ever had any problem at this location since I’ve been coming here. Keep up the good work team. Specially, management Jennifer, and Desiree. Also front desk staff, Zeke and Denise. If you’re ever in the area and need somewhere to stay, extended stay Milpitas is the hotel I recommend

I've been here for about a month already waiting for my new home to be ready it has been great. I love how the rooms have a kitchen so I'm able to cook cuz I love cooking. Rooms are very well clean beds are comfy. Front desk staff is very kind of friendly Jennifer and Desiree have been very helpful during my stay. I have never had any problems here. I recommend this location to anyone

Zeke is not only accommodating and polished. He is warm, approachable and very professional. Which is imperative, especially in the hospitality industry. As well as the other staff members which I did not get their names at this point and the manager, Desiree is fantastic and you can tell that she has educated her staff in her professional manner and experience. You can tell that by the way that the staff is consistent with how they approach each and every guest and adhere to policies and procedures. All with kindness, respect and professionalism.

I stay here a lot this is one of my favorite hotels in bay area. Jennifer and Desiree have always been a great help and great costumer service at check in. I love that my request our always fulfilled. I think the whole front desk team is awesome I've never had any problems with any of them. Keep up the good work you guys! I would recommend dislocation to anyone eating a place to stay for a day a week a month however long.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! While the room is lovely and the amenities great, the staff is what made the experience. A special shoutout to Desiree at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and quick in resolving any issues. And to Gk, who has been professional and friendly. They are both a credit to your team and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Had a really comfortable stay at Extended Stay America in Milpitas. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for a longer stay. The staff was friendly and always helpful, which made the experience even better. Location is super convenient with easy access to freeway (237,880) food, shopping. . Overall, it felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.
